FAQ

How fast do I get my photos?

You'll receive your photos within 3 to 7 days after your session. If you need them sooner, rush delivery options may be available, just let us know in advance.

Can I get more photos?

Yes, extra photos can be purchased separately for both studio and outdoor sessions. You'll choose your favorites after your session.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule at least 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

Do you travel for outdoor sessions?

Yes, in or outside Columbus. Travel fees may apply, so please contact us before booking.

Booking Policy

Good to know before you arrive

Need to know

  • No free photos. Only images in your selected package are edited and delivered. Extras can be purchased separately.
  • Edited photos delivered within 3 to 7 days after image selection.
  • Photos delivered via private online gallery, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Rush editing (optional): 24 hours: $10 per photo.
  • Reservation fees are non-refundable. Reschedule once with advance notice, within 90 days.

Rules & instructions

  1. 1. Be on time. Late arrivals may mean reduced session time; 20+ minutes late or no-shows will require a new booking fee.
  2. 2. One guest max. Due to limited space. Children welcome only if part of the session, supervised at all times.
  3. 3. Come prepared. If possible, arrive dressed for your first shot. Outfit changes are allowed based on your package.
  4. 4. Hair & makeup. Arrive with your hair and makeup ready. Bring a brush or comb for quick touch-ups.
  5. 5. Moisturize. Hydrated skin photographs better, bring lotion or body oil.

Tip: Don't worry if you're unsure how to pose. I'll guide you throughout the session.

Image policy

  • By booking, you grant W Photography permission to use selected images for portfolio, website and marketing purposes.
  • If you prefer your images stay private, request this in writing before or during your session.
  • W Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license. Commercial use requires written permission.
