Choose from a variety of options designed to deliver clean, professional results in the studio or on location (at home, outdoors, or wherever you prefer).

Studio Packages

Experience a professional photoshoot in our home studio in Columbus, Ohio (Northside). A reservation fee is required to book your session, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.

Up to 4 people. If your group has more than 4, please book a Family Session instead. A $30 reservation fee is required to book (applied toward your session total).

  • 10 photos: $280 (4 outfits / 55 min)
  • 5 photos: $150 (3 outfits / 45 min)
  • 3 photos: $100 (2 outfits / 25 min)
  • 2 photos: $80 (1 outfit / 15 min)

  • 3 photos: $130 (2 outfits / 30 min)
  • 2 photos: $110 (1 outfit / 15 min)

FAQ

How fast do I get my photos?

You’ll receive your photos within 3 to 7 days after your session. If you need them sooner, rush delivery options may be available, just let us know in advance.

Can I get more photos?

Yes, you can! Extra photos can be purchased separately for both studio and outdoor sessions. You’ll get to choose your favorites after your session.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Do you travel for outdoor sessions?

Yes, we travel for outdoor sessions in or outside Columbus. Travel fees may apply, so please contact us before booking.

Policy

Please review the following policies before booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

NEED TO KNOW

  • No free photos. Only the images included in your selected package will be edited and delivered. Additional images may be purchased separately.
  • Edited photos are delivered within 3 to 7 days after image selection. Delivery time may vary depending on workload.
  • Photos are delivered via private online gallery, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Rush editing (optional):
    • 24 hours: 10 dollars per photo
  • Reservation fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once with advance notice and must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.

RULES & INSTRUCTIONS

  1. ⏰ BE ON TIME : Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. No-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late without notice will require a new booking fee.
  2. 👤 DO NOT BRING MORE THAN ONE GUEST: Due to limited space. Children are welcome only if included in the session and must be supervised at all times.
  3. 🎭 COME PREPARED: If possible, please arrive dressed and ready for your first shot. Outfit changes are allowed based on your selected package.
  4. 💄 HAIR & MAKEUP : Please arrive with hair styled and makeup done. Bring essentials like hair gel, brush, or comb for quick touch-ups.
  5. 💧 MOISTURIZE : Hydrated skin looks better in photos. Bring lotion or body oil to ensure a smooth and polished look.

💡 TIP: Don’t worry if you’re not sure how to pose, I will guide you throughout the session. You can also review poses or photo ideas on social media that inspire you, and practice them beforehand. You’ll feel more confident during your session and get even better results!

IMAGE POLICY

  • By booking, you grant W Photography permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.
  • If you prefer your images to remain private, this request must be made in writing before or during your session.
  • W Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased photos (sharing/printing for personal use). Commercial use requires written permission.
